VALBEC (the Victorian Adult and Basic Education Council Inc.) is updating our ‘Contacts’ database. It lists courses and programs conducted by neighbourhood houses, neighbourhood learning centres, TAFE colleges and like organisations and is available to the public electronically, in print form and via this web site. The project is supported by ACFE.

To make changes or add new information, please complete the form below and return it to VALBEC for inclusion in the database. You may do it in one of several ways:
