Display table

VALBEC is able to offer a limited number of display opportunities.

Businesses and organisations can secure a table in the conference area and share in the networking and discussions that occur prior to the conference, at morning tea and lunch.

A single table – about 1.5 m long – is provided with a display board (pins only please). The fee is $250 (inc GST) and includes one person who must register.

Member organisations get a 50% discount.

A reduced fee which may include an inkind donation of resources/books may be negotiated with the conference organiser.

Your logo – provide your logo and 10-15 words and a link and we’ll add it to the conference website.

Inserts

Inserts in conference packs can be negotiated – typically no larger than 4 pages of A4.
